Term 6

Welcome back to the final term of Year 5 in Tolerance Class.

There's still time to fit lots in!

History

How has the legacy of the Greeks impacted the modern world?

We continue to learn about Ancient Greece this term, building upon learning from last term. Exploring how people lived in Sparta and how it compared to the city state of Athens, we then learn about Alexander the Great and how he expanded his empire and its impact on others. Understanding the importance of myths, we will compare it with learning from last term and look at how beliefs impacted the theatre. Retrieving knowledge from Year 3, we will then understand why Ancient Greece succumbed to the Romans.

Where and how do believers express themselves?
