During Deepening Tolerance Week, pupils at St Thomas’ participated in an extended curriculum experience designed to deepen their understanding of tolerance, community cohesion, and global citizenship. Through studying significant individuals such as Jesse Owens, Marie Curie, Rosa Parks, and Sadio Mané, children explored stories of courage, resilience, and advocacy for justice. These figures helped pupils reflect on equality, respect, and the impact of standing up for what is right.
