Throughout the whole school, we have set up book voting in our classrooms. Each class has the choice of book to read. This may be daily, weekly or termly, depending on the length of texts and age of the children. Please ask our pupils about it!

We have created opportunities for further book voting, especially during book awards.

SPARK! Book awards voting for picture books enabled the whole school to take part and join in the fun! Each class read all four books shortlisted and then had a vote each. We added the votes and submitted them. We can't wait to see if we thought the same as other schools.
